Killicomaine Blues were formed in the summer of 2003.  Trevor McConnell was names as the 1st team manager with the side mainly being made up of local players living in the Killicomaine area.  In their 1st season they gained promotion in 2nd place with a 2-1 win away to Queens Mavericks.

This was followed by another straight promotion from Division 3 but the club where denied their 1st trophy after being deducted 3 points to leave them lying behind Park Road with 1 point seperating the teams.  Killicomaine Blues won all 13 home games in passing through division 3.

Killicomaine Blues Reserves where then formed.  Killicomaine Blues stared the 2005/06 season in Division 2 after wining back to back promotions.  Killicomaine Blues finally won their 1st throphy when they sealed the Division 2 championship with a 1-1 draw away to 2nd place stranmillis with Alex Graham scoring the Blues goal.  This gave Killicomaine Blues 3 back to back promotions since thier formation in 2003.  A 4-2 loss at home to Scarva Rangers in August 2005 ended Killicomaine Blues run of 18 straight Home League Wins.

Killicomaine Blues started the 2006/07 season in Division 1.  They went on to finish in 4th place with only eventual winners Lurgan Celtic losing less games.

In May 2007 the Blues went on to lift the Alexandra Cup with a 3-1 aet win over Goodyear.  Chris Traynor equalized with Wayne McClure and Wayne Ewart grabbing the other 2 goals.  Wayne McClure's goal saw him reach 100 goals for the club.

The 2007/08 season has proven the clubs most difficult to date with the 1st team currently in mid table, but the reserve team can still gain promotion from their league and have a home tie against Oxford United Reserves in the quarter final of the Mid Ulster Cup to maintain the clubs run of having won a trophy or gained promotion in every season since the clubs formation.

On July 4th Killicomaine Blues will celebrate 5 years in Mid Ulster Football with their annual Trophy/Dance presentation night.
